Mechanical Eagles

(High School)

The Mechanical Eagles don’t just build robots, they cultivate innovation. Their workshop, a vibrant hub of whirring motors and focused concentration is where ideas take flight. Throughout the school year, they immerse themselves in a series of demanding events, each requiring a unique blend of engineering prowess, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit. Their success is a testament to the synergy between technical skill and the ability to inspire others, a quality that shines through in their journey to the state competition.

It’s about 12 minutes long. We really had a great time making it and look forward to another session of STEAM and Gears.

Mechanical Eagles: A Year in Review

In the 2024-2025 school year, the Mechanical Eagles advanced from the district competitions to attend State competition and came home with the 2nd place Inspire Award!

Robotic Eagles

(Middle School)

Throughout the school year, The Robotic Eagles poured their energy into mastering a series of demanding robotics events, honing their skills in design, programming and teamwork. Their hard work didn’t go unnoticed.The team proudly brought home a constellation of awards, including the coveted Champions Award, recognizing their overall excellence in all aspects of the competition. They also received the Rising All-Star Award, a nod to their impressive growth and potential, and the Breakthrough Award, celebrating their significant advancements and innovative approach.

In the 2024-2025 season our middle school Greenwood Robotic Eagles obtained a Champions Award AND a bid to the North-East Florida Regional Championships! What an incredible first year in the Lego Robotics league!
