Greenwood School is seeking a passionate and experienced Environmental Naturalist to lead and support middle and high school programs that promote environmental literacy, outdoor education, and conservation. This position is central to cultivating students’ connection to the natural world through experiential learning, ecological stewardship, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The Environmental Naturalist will work closely with faculty and staff to integrate sustainability and environmental science into the school’s curriculum, while also managing campus-based environmental initiatives and leading outdoor programming.

Supervise students and follow the provided lesson plans, supporting students as necessary.
Minimum of 60 hours of college credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Successful completion of a background check is required.
