To set or reset your parent portal password:

1. Go to accounts.veracross.com/greenwoodjax/portals/accounts/forgot_password
2. Enter your email address
3. Click the reset link sent to your email
4. Create a new password

Report cards and any information related to your child can be viewed in your family portal.

Under classes & reports then select View reports under Historical Academic Reports.

Under classes & reports, then select the quarter of interest in the Attendance section.

Teacher email addresses are on the classes website which you may access under classes & reports. Or you may view the Greenwood School directory. You will need to use your personal email address to communicate with Greenwood faculty & staff.

Navigate to the Billing page (link at the top of the portal).  You can view your current statement by selecting View Active Statement on the desired account or view all statements on the statement tab.

You can make a payment on the Billing Account Summary tab by selecting make a payment.

Navigate to the Clubs & Activities page (link at the top of the portal).  Select the activity from the list and select register. You may be prompted to log in again.

Students can access their Google Account (including Email, Docs, Drive, and Classroom) as well as Veracross using their Chromebook credentials.

Username: The student’s Chromebook username followed by @greenwoodjax.org (e.g., jsmith@greenwoodjax.org).

Password: The same password they use to log into their Chromebooks at school.

Login information for Savvas and IXL is different; students should have these specific usernames and passwords written in their planners.
